Please note that ALL of our classes are considered all-levels and are suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike! We avoid terms like “advanced” or “beginner” because length of time spent practicing does not equate to physical ability or even personal goals for practice.
We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive culture where you can come to heal and work towards your unique wellness goals. We welcome you to come exactly as you are and move at your own pace always.
If you need help selecting the format that feels right, first we encourage you to try them all out and get a feel for yourself (that’s why we’ve designed our new student intro package the way it is!)! Find your Flow
Energize Flow
This all-levels, flow style yoga class will help you find balance in your life on and off the yoga mat, and you will leave feeling the special kind of clear & clean energy that even the best coffee can't provide! It's just the boost your day needs.
Currently offered: Tuesdays 9am / 5:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm, Sunday 10am
Mindful Unwind Flow
Move into meditation with this slower paced flow-style yoga class. Check your alignment, relax your nervous system, and intentionally remove yourself from the hustle and bustle for some much needed relaxation!

Find your Strength
Core Conditioning (Low Impact HIIT)
Do you suffer from back pain? I have bad news and good news! Bad news: back pain is all too common, especially for folks who do repetitive movements, often related to their work. Good news? Strengthening your core helps ease back pain and make every day movements much easier.
With a functional approach that protects your joints while also challenging your strength and cardio, you'll be moving better in your body in no time. And if you get a six pack, that's just an added bonus!

Find your Calm
Relax & Renew (Restorative Yoga)
Indulge in a rejuvenating Sunday with this restorative yoga class, designed to soothe your body and calm your mind as you prepare to face the week ahead.
Sink into deep stretches that release tension accumulated from the weekend's activities, allowing you to let go of any lingering stress or anxieties, and bid farewell to any "Sunday Scaries" as you anticipate the week ahead.
Currently offered: Sundays at 6pm
Stillness in the Storm (Yin Yoga)
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and joints. It's a perfect complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise, and a great way to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness.
In Yin yoga, poses are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, allowing your body to gradually release tension and increase flexibility. This practice is not about pushing your limits or achieving the perfect pose, but rather about finding stillness and acceptance in each moment.

Live in alignment with Nature
In our fast-paced, modern world, it's easy to lose touch with the natural rhythms that once guided our lives. At Mars Hill Yoga, we believe that living in alignment with nature is essential for healing and well-being.
We hope to weave Mother Earth’s natural wisdom into all of our classes, but we also have some special curated offerings to help you reconnect with these rhythms, fostering a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you
Yoga for the Seasons (Ayurveda Flow)
Maybe you know yoga is healing, but not all yoga practices are right for everyone at every time. So how do we create a sense of flow with nature while maximizing the healing benefits of yoga? Enter yoga's sister science, Ayurveda!
This slow-flow class focuses on breath centered movements and getting in touch with deeper layers of yourself than just your body. This class will incorporate elements of Ayurveda as we work through and integrate some of these concepts in our bodies.
Currently offered: Thursdays & Saturdays at 9am
New & Full Moon Circles
Living with intention is a practice, and our new and full moon gatherings are designed to keep you on track. These gatherings offer a dedicated time for reflection, intention-setting, and connection with others on a similar path - guided by another one of yoga’s sister sciences, Jyotish, or Vedic Astrology.
Currently offered: typically on the weekend day closest to the new or full moon, as it varies every month :) (see our event page for current offerings)
Forest Therapy
Experience the healing wisdom of Shinrin Yoku, Japanese Forest Therapy, lead by certified wilderness guides. Typically offered as part of full moon mini retreats, you can also book private and semi-private forest therapy sessions.
